Track is the default pick for general combat. Its run speed bonus helps you line up attacks and get back into range after a skill, and it pairs well with Star Platinum, Silver Chariot and D4C. Basketball suits players who want more health, and Occult suits builds that keep a Stand summoned for long stretches. You can only belong to one club at a time, so pick the one that fits how you play.
Best Morioh High Clubs for Each Playstyle
Each club gives one perk, and each perk is 5%. The table lists all eight clubs with the Stands that pair best with each one.
| Club | Perk (5%) | Best fit | Suggested Stands |
|---|---|---|---|
| Track | Run speed | General combat and moving between skills | Star Platinum, Silver Chariot, D4C |
| Basketball | Health | Players who need more survivability | Gold Experience, Wonder of U, Star Platinum: The World, The World, Crazy Diamond |
| Occult | Stand drain | Builds that keep a Stand summoned a lot | Star Platinum: The World, Wonder of U |
| Soccer | Dash range | Closing in or creating space | Soft & Wet, with Star Platinum as an alternative |
| Esports | Dash cooldown | Frequent dashing and escapes | King Crimson, Cream, Sticky Fingers |
| Fight | Punch damage | Fights built around normal punches | None named |
| Library | Yen from lessons | Players who spend a lot of time in lessons | None named |
| Music | Calm | Players who want the calm bonus | None named |
Art and Student Council are marked Coming Soon, so they aren't in the table. Club lists change, so if the in-game club screen shows something different, trust the screen. Best here means best fit for a playstyle, not a tested ranking.
Track, Basketball and Occult for Stand Combat
These three clubs cover the most common combat needs: moving around, staying healthy and keeping a Stand out longer.
Track With Star Platinum, Silver Chariot and D4C
Star Platinum's Star Finger is a straight-line attack with 22 studs of reach and a 7-second cooldown. Track doesn't add reach to the attack, but the faster run helps you line up the shot and close back in after it.
Silver Chariot's Armor Off makes the Stand faster for 15 seconds. That speed belongs to the Stand, so Track doesn't change it. Your running speed and the Stand's speed are separate.
D4C's clone lasts 5 seconds, which gives you a short window to reposition. Track helps you keep up in a fight, but it doesn't make any Stand skill stronger.
Basketball and Long Time Stop Cooldowns
Life Giver deals 12 damage, restores 14 health and has a 9-second cooldown. Basketball adds health, but it doesn't increase that heal, so the club won't make Life Giver restore more.
The bigger payoff comes between big skills. Star Platinum: The World's Time Stop has a 40-second cooldown, and The World's has a 45-second cooldown. That's a long stretch to fight through, so the extra health helps during the exchanges between those skills.
Occult and Stand Meter Drain
Occult reduces Stand drain by 5%, so the meter lasts longer while your Stand is out. Here's how the meter works. It holds 100 points. It drains 3.4 points per second while the Stand is summoned, 1.9 points per barrage hit and 22 points per skill. After you withdraw, it starts regenerating at 7 points per second once a 1.5-second delay ends. If it hits zero, you can't summon for 10 seconds.
Barrage length matters. Star Platinum: The World's barrage has 10 hits and Wonder of U's has 17, so Wonder of U's barrage uses more of the meter each time you throw it.
Occult's 5% applies to Stand drain. It doesn't clearly reduce skill or barrage costs, so don't plan around that part.
Occult also has a side benefit. Completing Occult Club cases earns Arrow Shards, which helps if you're chasing Stand rerolls. The shards are another reason to consider Occult if its Stand-drain reduction already suits your build.
Soccer vs. Esports: Dash Range or Dash Cooldown
Soccer and Esports both help you move, but they fix different problems. Soccer makes each dash reach farther. Esports shortens the wait before you can dash again. Pick Soccer when you need to close in or create space, and pick Esports when you dash constantly.
Soft & Wet's Friction With Soccer
Soft & Wet is the main pairing for Soccer, with Star Platinum as an alternative. Its Friction covers ground within 14 studs for 3 seconds. Soccer's dash range can help you get into position for it, but it doesn't widen Friction or make it last longer.
King Crimson, Sticky Fingers and Cream With Esports
Esports only shortens the dash cooldown. It doesn't touch Stand skill cooldowns, so King Crimson's and Sticky Fingers' escape skills still run on their own timers.
- King Crimson's Time Erasure lasts 5 seconds. You're invisible and invulnerable, but you can't attack during it. Its cooldown is 28 seconds.
- Sticky Fingers' Zipper Dive gives you 3 seconds of invulnerability and lets you choose your exit. Its cooldown is 16 seconds.
- Cream's Void leaves you blind for 3.5 seconds.
These skills can make you drop the Arrow, and Esports doesn't prevent that.
Is Fight Club Worth It for Punch Damage?
Fight adds 5% to punch damage, but only for normal punches. Summoning a Stand swaps your normal heavy attack for a barrage, and the bonus doesn't make that barrage or any Stand skill stronger.
Fight makes sense if most of your fights are normal punches with a Stand used now and then. If most of your damage comes from skills and barrages, skip it.
Library and Music for School Progression
Library adds 5% to the Yen you earn from lessons. Music raises calm by 5%. Their benefits depend on school activity and calm, not on the Stand you use, so a combat pick doesn't decide either one.
Choose Library if lessons are a big part of your routine. Choose Music if calm is the bonus you want.
Choosing the Right Morioh High Club
Pick the club for the problem you hit most in a normal session, not the perk with the best-sounding name. Every perk is only 5%, so the habit you repeat every session should decide the pick.
If you can't tell where you're losing ground, start with Track, the default combat pick. Switch only when a problem you see every session points to another club, then choose your Stand from that club's row in the table above.
