Color My Flag is a PvP game on Roblox from Country Colors. You and an opponent get a flag with the wrong colors, and whoever's colors land closer to the real flag wins the round. Knowing your flags helps, but accuracy is what decides rounds.
How a Color My Flag round works
Start by taking a seat in the lobby. Any player on the server can take an open seat, and your Wins and IQ don't decide who gets one. Once the match starts, everyone gets a flag with incorrect colors. Your job is to pick the right color for each part of it from the color wheel, then hit Submit.
After submissions, the game scores each one by how close it is to the real flag and shows the result as a percentage meter. The higher your meter, the better your score, and the better score takes the round.
You don't need a perfect match. If your colors sit closer to the real flag than your opponent's, you take the round, even when you both miss. A match is a run of rounds, and you win it by taking enough of them.
Color My Flag controls and color wheel
The keyboard moves your character, and the mouse handles the menus and the coloring.
| Action | Input |
|---|---|
| Move | W, A, S, D |
| Jump | Spacebar |
| Interact | E |
| Color wheel, value bar and Submit | Mouse |
E is the general interact key. Take an open seat by following the seat prompt.
Hue and value on the color wheel
The color wheel sets two things. Hue is the shade, and you pick it by dragging your cursor around the wheel. Value is how light or dark the shade is, and you set it by dragging the vertical bar on the right.
A right hue can still look too light or too dark, so set both before you move on. To color one section:
- Drag around the color wheel to set the hue.
- Drag the vertical bar on the right to set the value.
- Fill the section with that color.
- Repeat for the rest of the flag, then hit Submit.
How to Score Higher in Color My Flag
Start with the colors that are already close. More often than not, one or more colors on the flag sit very near the right shade. Nudge those with small hue and value changes, then work through the colors that are farther off.
White needs extra care. White leans ever so slightly into red, so a white that looks right can still be a shade off.
Color My Flag modes, Cash and optional items
Regular, Hard and Pro
The three modes set the difficulty of the flags you get. The harder modes are more likely to show lesser-known flags, so expect more guesswork there.
Match rewards and what Cash buys
The match winner gets Cash, a Win and IQ points. Cash buys the optional extras:
- Flag Packs unlock more flags to collect for Index completion.
- Boost items temporarily raise your Cash and Win earnings, and they can freeze a win streak.
- Chairs change how your seat looks during matches.
Chair Cash bonuses
Each chair boosts the Cash you earn while it's equipped.
| Chair | Cash earning multiplier |
|---|---|
| Blue | 1.02x |
| Pink | 1.02x |
| Red | 1.05x |
| Void | 1.20x |
Void is the standout at 20% more Cash. Check the in-game price of each chair before you spend Cash on one.
Boosts and chairs only change your earnings, win streaks and seat look, so they won't help you color a flag. Skip them until the color wheel feels easy, then spend Cash when you're ready to chase earnings or streaks.
