Mutated cards in Anime Card Farm raise sale value and earning rate once you place them on your plot. As of the Crafting Update, there are eleven named mutations, and they all start as mutated packs on the Spawn Pack conveyor.
Search results love mixing this up with Anime Card Collection. That game uses a Gold, Emerald, Void, Diamond, and Rainbow mutation ladder. Anime Card Farm does not. Different experience, different pack names, different multipliers.

Mutated packs on the conveyor are how you get mutations
Use Spawn Pack and watch the conveyor. Mutated packs can appear mixed in with normal ones. Exact spawn chance per mutation is unknown, so treat a Glitch or Starfallen pack as a lucky buy, not something you can schedule.
Higher-multiplier mutations show up less often than lower ones like Golden, Diamond, or Veno. Mutated packs also cost more than the normal variants of the same pack.
Buy the pack, then place it on your plot to open it. That is how the mutation lands on a card you can farm with.
Admin mutated packs only appear during Admin Abuse. Outside those windows, the top natural conveyor chase is Starfallen.
Mutation Potions raise Mutation Luck for pack sessions. Redeem potion rewards from Anime Card Farm codes when they drop, then spawn packs while the boost is active.
Before you sink cash into a pricey mutated pack, check whether your current earners can replace that spend quickly. Early income upgrades still beat chasing every shiny pack.

Mutations are not traits. Trait Gems reroll traits on cards as a separate upgrade path. Do not treat mutation multipliers as a Trait Gem ranking, and do not paste Anime Card Collection's Gold-to-Rainbow ladder onto Farm cards.
